Body piercings require a certain level of commitment, but there’s a trend happening now that enables you to flash temporary rings on a whim…in your hair. Hair rings are being primarily paired with braids, and they give off a punk rock vibe.
It seems easy enough to attach the hoops with just a snap, and equally as simple to dislodge them should there be any snags and tangles that develop. We’re wondering how well they stay in place, but this video encourages hair spray to maintain order. We could also see the rings making for a unique addition to twists, dreads, faux hawks, and messy waves.
